Hi, I’m Nicole
Welcome to my space, where you can come as you are in whichever stage of life you are in. Everyone’s story matters and feeling heard is the cornerstone of my practice. Your story paints a picture of what you’re going through so I can help you to the best of my abilities.
My approach to acupuncture goes beyond the physical as I have a special interest in treating mental and emotional issues. I empathize with the profound impact that these struggles can have on our overall well-being and am committed to helping you find more ease. Acupuncture is wonderful at reminding our nervous system what it looks like to be regulated, strengthening our resiliency.
The majority of my treatments have a musculoskeletal element to them. I strength train in powerlifting which has opened my world to how the body moves and the potential we have to overcome pain and limitations. This hands-on knowledge has shaped how I approach musculoskeletal issues to help people move better, live and lift pain-free, and recover faster whether from an injury, chronic tension, or striving to perform at their best.
I would love for you to join me for a lighthearted, intentional, and down-to-earth treatment approach that ties together components of you, head to heart to toe, to get you feeling like yourself again.
